Data processing & functionality

When you use Torque to evaluate a listing, the listing URL and its public contents are sent to our evaluation service. This request is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL). The request is processed in real-time and discarded — we do not keep a record of which listings you looked at, and we cannot tie any request back to you or your device.

What we keep

We maintain anonymous, aggregate counts (e.g., "Total listings evaluated") to ensure our service is healthy. This data is fully anonymized and cannot be associated with an individual user or device.

Third parties & service providers

We do not "share" or "sell" data to third parties, advertisers, or brokers. We utilize cloud infrastructure providers as service providers to host our evaluation service. These providers only see anonymous request traffic and are contractually obligated to handle data according to our privacy standards.

Children's privacy

Torque is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children — or anyone else.

Your rights

Since we do not collect identifiers, accounts, or personal data, we generally do not have data to "access," "rectify," or "delete" upon request.
